A List of Wonderfully Enlightened Doctors and Their Blogs

Here is a list of Medical Doctors who are using the program on their patients and themselves and have had great results with amazing health turnarounds.  The proof of these doctors is in the results of this program has on real people,  not in the studies done by Pharmaceutical companies out to make a profit.

Dr Andreas Eenfeldt MD is a  Swedish medical doctor specialized in family medicine. He treats his patients with Low Carbohydrate and High Fat diet and his who family including his new baby are all on this program.   His aim is to be a healthy as possible using natural methods such as diet, exercise and perhaps a supplement (vitamin D) or two.  His blog link is here

Dr Mike Eades MD is a US family doctor, He and his wife have written books on low carb, high fat and he  has a lot of very good information on his blog.  His blog link is here

Dr Jay Wortman MD is a Canadian family doctor who had been low carb, high fat for 10 years.  His wife and two children, aged 11 and 3 are also on the same program. He  made the documentary called My Big Fat Diet using low carb and high fat with Canadian Eskimos with diabetes type 2.  He had great results.   His blog link is here

Dr Dwight Lundell, MD a heart surgeon has a wonderful two part letter here telling us how mistaken he was telling his patients to go low fat.

Dr James Carlson MD,  wrote a fantastic book about how he had got it all wrong with his patients and himself with the low fat thing.  His blog is here.

Dr. Vernon, MD is a family doctor  and  is a leading practitioner of low-carbohydrate/high-protein diets as a means of controlling weight and metabolic health. She is a co-founder of Innovative Metabolic Solutions (not a blog)

Dr Eric Westman, MD  is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Duke University, and Director of the Duke Lifestyle Medicine Clinic. He is a co-founder of Innovative Metabolic Solutions (not a blog).  Along with Stephen Phinney and Jeff Volek, he is a co-author of “The New Atkins for a New You” published in March 2010.

Dr Natasha Campbell McBride MD is a family doctor in England and is the author of the “Gut and Psychology Syndrome” which describes how Autism in children is reversible when they fed are low carb diet.  She treats children and adults  in her practice and has doctors and others who are trained by her all over the world.

Dr William David MD, who wrote the very good book “Wheat Belly” which is well worth reading and whose wonderful blog is here is an advocate of the low carb diet.

Dr Jeff Volek and Dr. Stephen Phinney, have a website called  The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living and also a blog which hasn’t as yet got any contribution as yet but I’m hoping.  They coauthored “The New Atkins for a New You”  and have new book out called “The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living”

 Dr Colin E. Champ, M.D. has a website called The Caveman Doctor here.   He particularly looks at the role Low Carbohydrate diet in Cancer healing.

Dr Kurt Harris M.D. has a website called Archevore here
