A Good Question About an Alkaline Diet, GERD and Whether to Eat Grains or Not

 Hello Cassie, I'm from méxico and i really need some help!! I've been having gerd  or acid reflux for 9 months now!!! Fruit, Why It’s Not That Healthy

I just read a bit of your blog and read that fruit for breakfast is not good.    Why is that? Thanks Maggie   Hi Maggie, I know, fruit used to be my favourite breakfast!
