Diabetes Type 1 in Children

I was inspired to write another blog post, although I am pretty sure no one looks at my site, about Diabetes type 1 and the LCHF diet.

I went to visit a family yesterday, for business reasons, and they had a boy who had type 1 diabetes.  He was cranky and hungry.  The highs and lows of blood sugar can create this kind of problems for anyone let alone someone suffering from Diabetes Type 1.

I decided to do a little online searching for anything new regarding the use of a LCHF diet for this issue and was delighted to find some great links which I have forwarded to his mother in the hope that it might inspire them to change their diet.

Here is an interview from 2013 with a Dr Troy Stapleton, that has been inspired many diabetics to change their diet:

And here:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSrOC5m_RZY  the same doctor a year later giving a lecture.

There are now numberless doctors who having had diabetes themselves and found the LCHF such a benefit they are using on themselves and their patients.

Of coures the Diabetes Association refute the use of the LCHF diet for diabetics and tell people then might die if they use it….what are they trying to protect?

My best bet is their funding from the JUNK food industry.  Yep it’s true!
